I'm impressed by that link. The answer contradicts itself in the third friggin' sentence. "You don't have to disconnect from squirrels. It's just that you can't befriend or associate with squirrels and receive services from the church of Scientology." So if you want to receive services, you cannot, um, be connected with such people.
